Why Your Balance May Differ from Your Sales Volume

There are multiple possible reasons why your balance may differ from your sales volume. Below are the possible reasons for this:

  1. Crypto Exchange Rates Have Changed:

The crypto exchange rates are updated every 10-24 hours to allow for realistic pricing. The number reflected in your balance is an estimation of your current value in USD based on the current market data. The market data fluctuates, and therefore your reflected USD balance may change, even though your crypto wallet balance(s) have not changed.

  2. Cashouts:

If you cashed out, your wallets will be emptied and sent to your crypto wallets. Your reflected USD balance will therefore be zero after a cashout.

  3. Exchange Margins:

When exchanging currencies, there is always a margin. Riddler Corporation rounds upwards to ensure that sellers receive at least the minimum amount requested. Typically, the margin tolerance is between 0.01% and 0.02%. You may see a difference of 0.01% to 0.02% reflected in your balance versus your sales volume due to this margin trading (crypto currency exchanges).
