Refund Modes and Tiers

The refund mode available to users depends on their user tier. As you progress through the tiers by increasing your number of purchases, you unlock greater refund privileges and benefits. Below is an explanation of refund modes and their relationship with user tiers:

Refund Modes

  • Refund Mode: Off
    • Applies to Tier 0 and Tier 1 users.
    • Refunds are not available for these tiers, regardless of the product’s refund status.
  • Refund Mode: On
    • Available from Tier 2 and above.
    • Users in these tiers can request refunds for products marked as refundable.

User Tiers and Refund Benefits

  • Tier 0:
    • Refund Mode: Off
    • Refunds are not allowed.
  • Tier 1:
    • Refund Mode: Off
    • Refunds are not allowed.
  • Tier 2:
    • Refund Mode: On
    • Users can request refunds up to 15% of their total purchases, as long as the product is refundable.
  • Tier 3:
    • Refund Mode: On
    • Users can request refunds up to 20% of their total purchases, as long as the product is refundable.
  • Tier 4:
    • Refund Mode: On
    • Refunds are available for up to 25% of total purchases, with additional flexibility in refundable product limits.
  • Tier 5:
    • Refund Mode: On
    • Refunds are available for up to 30% of total purchases, allowing for broader refund options and higher cart capacities.
  • Tier 6:
    • Refund Mode: On
    • Refunds are available for up to 35% of total purchases, granting priority processing and enhanced refund capabilities.
  • Tier 7:
    • Refund Mode: On
    • Refunds are available for up to 40% of total purchases. This tier provides the highest refund allowances and privileges.

Notes

  • Refund requests are only applicable to products explicitly marked as refundable.
  • The percentage indicates the maximum refund tolerance, which limits the proportion of purchases eligible for refunds.
  • Users in higher tiers gain increased refund flexibility, cart capacities, and benefits as part of their loyalty to the platform.
